🏆 Best Oral Presentation Award — MRS Spring 2025

Awarded Best Oral Presentation in Symposium EN05: Thin-Film Compound Semiconductor Photovoltaics at the Materials Research Society (MRS) Spring Meeting 2025. This work focused on optoelectronic properties of thin-film CaZn₂P₂ and SrZn₂P₂, including doping mechanisms for next-generation tandem solar cells.
